These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Match! Match! mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Impersonation, fake profiles and commercial solicitation are prohibited.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post or send content that is:
New profiles go through moderation before appearing in the feed, and we monitor content published in the App. You can report any user or content (Report) and block any user (Block) — blocked users cannot contact you. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours; violating content is removed and offending accounts are restricted or terminated. You also control what each person may send you in a chat: photos, voice messages, video notes and calls stay blocked until you allow them.
The App offers in-app purchases processed by Apple. Full Access is a one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks the premium features for 30 days; it does not renew automatically and there is nothing to cancel. Gifts are one-time purchases. The price is always shown before you buy. If we later offer an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple.
You retain rights to content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the App for the purpose of providing the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Be careful when meeting people online. We do not conduct criminal background checks. Never send money to other users. Read our safety recommendations and report suspicious behaviour.
You may delete your account at any time in the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of users on or off the App or for indirect damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
